SIEA Solutions provides automation, CRM development, system integrations, and AI agent setup for business clients. Our goal is to help clients streamline workflows, enhance communication, and scale operations using customized automation systems. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our Services.

Use of Services
By using our Services, you agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.

Not copy, resell, or redistribute any proprietary processes, systems, or assets created by SIEA Solutions without written consent.

Client Responsibilities
When engaging SIEA Solutions for automation or integration work, you agree to:

Provide timely access to accounts, platforms, or credentials necessary to perform agreed-upon work.

Review deliverables and provide feedback in a reasonable timeframe.

Ensure compliance with any third-party tools or platforms connected through our systems (such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, OpenAI, Instantly, etc.).

Fees and Payments
All pricing, retainers, and project fees will be outlined in a written proposal, contract, or invoice. Payments are due as stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late or outstanding payments may result in suspension of Services until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Intellectual Property
All automations, workflows, integrations, and deliverables created by SIEA Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, except for underlying frameworks, templates, or proprietary code used to build the system, and any tools, scripts, or platforms owned by SIEA Solutions or third parties. You may not replicate, resell, or publicly share our systems, designs, or strategies without written consent.

Confidentiality
We value your privacy and business confidentiality. All data, credentials, and proprietary information shared with SIEA Solutions will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing Services.

Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Our Services often integrate with third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, OpenAI, Zapier, and others. SIEA Solutions is not responsible for downtime, errors, or data loss caused by third-party tools. Use of these tools is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” SIEA Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding system uptime, accuracy, or specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIEA Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you to SIEA Solutions within the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if you breach these Terms or any project agreement, if payment is not received as agreed, or if continued engagement poses a security, legal, or ethical concern. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of all proprietary systems or materials owned by SIEA Solutions unless otherwise specified in writing.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes to Terms
SIEA Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
